Sleep

Is there ever really enough sleep? The past couple of weeks I am just in a total haze. I am sure it has nothing to do with cutting caffeine, more specifically diet Pepsi out of my diet. I can take a nap any time, any where. Except, don't think you'll find me sleeping in a bed or at night!! Then I am awake. And because I don't let myself nap everyday (or should I say 5 little monkeys don't let me nap.) I can't really say it is because of napping that I am awake. Zzzzzzzz..........

I don't have any suggestions on sleeping but CONGRATS on getting off the DP!!! I have a huge caffeine addiction and I know what what a struggle getting off of it is!!!

sorry you're having such a hard time sleeping at night though. that's reeeeally got to stink.

I'm sorry your having sleep issues! It can make you just miserable, or it does me. I finally asked my doctor for something to help me sleep a couple of months ago and it has made a huge difference. I was so tired during the day I could barely function. I actually go to sleep and stay asleep all night, till right before the alarm goes off.
Congrats on going off the diet pepsi. That's tough. My "hooch" (as Jon calls it) is diet coke.
