Community Dinner

Every third Wednesday of the month our church holds a Community Dinner. Just to serve the community. No strings attached, no heavy "churchy sell, " no 'come in to Bible study.' Just dinner. In the colder weather we have spaghetti and salad and garlic bread. During the nice weather we grill out. It is such a blessing to serve the community, to get to know new neighbors or just catch up with old friends! The kids play corn hole, run around, chalk, blow bubbles and just generally be kids!

Friends enjoying each other's company

Thank God the predicted rain didn't fall!

Mmmm, burgers and dogs....we had so many people to serve that we could hardly keep up!
