Well, he is a cowboy...and Indians did tie them up back in the day...
Hey what's wrong with your kids? Hee hee, just kidding! Aren't kids weird sometimes? My brothers and I went through a "let's tie stuff up" phase when we were little.
HEHEHEHEHE, I never was a Woody fan myself!!
They said "We'll show you mom, you won't let us in the video cabinet, so we are going to tie a hostage to it until you will!"
